1. Scope. These terms cover use of the dutyclear.net website. The DutyClear product (the application) is offered by invitation and under a separate agreement; these terms do not replace it.

2. Information only. Site content is general information, not legal, financial or customs-brokerage advice.

3. DutyClear is not a customs brokerage. It is a software tool; classification, duty calculation and responsibility for declarations rest with the licensed broker or declarant under the applicable rules. Suggestions must be verified before being relied on in a declaration.

4. Intellectual property. Site content and marks belong to DutyClear and may not be copied without permission.

5. Forms. You agree to complete forms accurately and on your own behalf; automated or abusive submissions are prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability. The site is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation; liability is limited to the extent the law allows. [LAWYER: enforceability of limits]
