DutyClear is an AI-assisted customs-compliance tool for Turkish customs brokers and importers. It helps prepare and check import documentation — classification support, duty and tax calculation, document reading and answers backed by their source — and keeps a person responsible for the declaration.
How it is built
Primary sources only
Rules come from the Resmî Gazete text and the Ministry's own instruments, read and quoted. Nothing is repeated from a secondary summary.
Refuses rather than guesses
Every answer traces to a source. When a rate or a source has not been verified, it says so and refuses, rather than guessing.
Honest about uncertainty
Where the law is genuinely unsettled, both readings are named and the safer one is built, rather than a confident answer that may be wrong.
Turkish first, in both languages
Legal text stays in Turkish, quoted as published; the rest of the product reads properly in Turkish and in English.
Where it is today
In a closed pilot: access is by invitation, after a demo. Built in İzmir, Türkiye, by one person who works on customs-compliance software full time. There are no customers to name and no figures to quote.
