Compliance checks

Every check, showing its working.

What the product checks, and what each check actually looks at.

  • GTİP Classification

Walks the Turkish tariff from the top down to a 12-digit position — and asks rather than guesses.

  • CE Conformity Checks

Four checks over one reader — machinery and electrical, radio equipment, protective equipment, and the general CE list — each reading the declaration for product and model match, the directives cited, how specific the standards are, and any reference that matches none.

  • Food-Contact Check

Checks that food-contact documents cite an accepted standard — EU 10/2011 or the Turkish Food Codex — and, when they do not, flags that corrected documents are needed from the supplier.

  • Toy Safety Check

Checks a toy's safety declaration and the two accredited-laboratory reports the regulation requires, gated on the same risk-based inspection routing the law itself uses.

  • Medical Device Check

Checks a medical device's declaration, its Notified Body certificate where the device's risk class needs one, Turkish labeling, and customs-area photos.

  • Construction Products Check

Checks a construction product's CE or national conformity route against the regulation it falls under.

  • TSE Standards Check

Checks the TSE inspection route itself — exemptions, accredited test-report substitution, and how long a reference stays valid — for goods proven compliant by testing, not paperwork.

  • Lab Test Report Check

Checks that consumer products, batteries, textiles and mother-and-baby goods carry the accredited laboratory report and customs-area photos their regulation requires.

  • Agricultural Quality Check

Checks that an agricultural import carries what commercial-quality inspection requires — without grading the goods itself; that stays the Ministry's call.

  • Import Permit Check

Checks a shipment against all eight Ministry import-permit regimes in one pass — control certificates, conformity letters, two-stage permits and import prohibitions.

  • Vehicle Parts Check

Checks a vehicle part's type-approval certificate against the UNECE regulation it names.

  • Document Completeness

Lists the documents the GTİP requires, the instrument behind each, and what is still missing.

  • Confidence Scoring

Scores every classification from 0 to 100, and caps it where the code is partial or unverified.

  • Audit Log

Keeps an append-only record of every classification, finding and resolution.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

No. It runs the classification and compliance checks a broker would otherwise do by hand, and hands over a documented result the broker reviews and signs off. Anything it could not settle is put in front of them with the reason, never passed quietly.

Every classification carries a certainty score from 0 to 100, built fork by fork, with the reasoning kept beside it. A walk that stops short of a filable 12-digit code is capped at 60, and one it cannot settle ends in a recommendation to apply for a binding tariff ruling rather than a guess.

The Türk Gümrük Tarife Cetveli as published, loaded in full — 24,578 positions, every chapter down to the 12-digit statistical position. Duty and tax are worked out from the rates held for the code the walk reaches.

Yes. Every classification, finding and resolution is written to an append-only log, with who did it and when. The database refuses updates and deletes on that table for every role, not just in the application.
